WorldConnect DB: A while back I uploaded a GEDCOM to Rootsweb's WorldConnect that provides much of the ancestry covered by this site. It's useful as a starting point, but (sadly) is mostly undocumented. The main goal of this site is to document those lines.

I have put here some links to raw data files I have which I haven't had time to clean up or get put in place on the wiki, but which are probably still of interest to folks

Scrapbook of Jane Maria Capener Giles. This was a scrapbook kept by Jane Capener (Hanks, Taylor, Giles). These are very large files. They were scanned at a very high resolution so would be great for making a life-size replica of the scrapbook. If you're on dial-up, these will take a long time to download.
Watch, Quarter, and Station Bill of the USS Columbus. This was a book kept on the USS Columbus during the voyage when Eph Hanks was a sailor on-board. It was essentially a duty roster. It was hand-written and illustrated and has some beautiful pictures of the columbus.
Deck Logs from the USS Columbus, 1842-1844. Each day on-board the Columbus, a deck log was kept detailing things that happened on-board ship, such as which sails set, what the weather conditions were like, or what men received punishment.
